WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE-- they don't even deserve 1 star, but I had to give it in order to post this! They managing my commercial condo for 2-3 years, and I had huge problems with them ever since I purchased the condo!--they makes it SO complicated to make payments, even thou I signed up for automatic payments for additional $15 -they do not record it and send me "late payment" letters with late payment fees and when you call them--they refuses to discuss the problem and refuses to help, and then add late payment even if you paid already!!! TERRIBLE!!! Property manager SIERRA SIMS is NOT willing to help and gives you terrible attitude when you seeking to resolve THEIR MISTAKES!!! AVOID THIS PROPERTY MANAGMENT COMPANY IF YOU CAN!!!!!

This company continues to disappoint me. They have no respect for their Landlords and tenants. My neighbor had to beg for over a year to finally get her stairs and balcony to her front door fixed because it was caving in. They also continuously spray the property with pesticides, herbicides and other dangerous chemicals without contacting the owners and/ renters.

Awful. I called to ask a question about my statement I received, and the gentleman told me I should go online to look at my statement because he didn't have a computer. Huh? I just received my statement and am calling for your assistance. He said I was calling his cell phone. Mind you, it is the number listed on their website, and they do not even include their phone number on our monthly HOA statement. You are wasting your money paying this worthless, unhelpful company. They don't give a damn about their clients.
