I have had experiences with app banks with no physical location and places like Chase. Coming from those experiences, to FM bank I actually feel like I have my money surely invested in a bank. I have so far had a knowledgeable, friendly, professional, personalized, with no prejudgment of my bluecollar background. This location is beautiful inside as well with a antique safe on display that's fascinating.

Perfect example how banks period should be and look across the board right along with the best customer service and Staff constantly showing and proving to the small dog banks out there I call em puppies/wannabes in training how it’s done leaving their customers with nothing less than satisfaction that’s why you guys are the best Lincoln Center right behind you guy very close with the fantastic service kind of reminds me of you guys, but that’s where they’ll stay in my books Good review for them as well but no drive-through you guys can’t be topped it’s impossible it just can’t be done. I wanna give a shot out my good friend Special Agent GM Chad keep up the good work over there at the March Lane Branch Hall of Famer’s location:)

Your guys are the best true facts I've noticed in person over the phone doesn't matter 10 plus ⭐'s everytime this goes for all employees every branch not just my main guys over on March Lane Lincoln center Lodi all the other branches as well keep up the good work everyone the best service doesn't go unnoticed I feel a lil bad for everyone that's missing out banking at F&M I'll continue to put the word out to the one's that don't know and even help the ones that can't see see again that F&M Bank's Farmers And Merchants that is where banking is easy to confirm based on the wanna be #1 F&M Bank's out there I've seen on Zale but as we all know it could only be one #1 and that's been us for over 100 historical yrs if they haven't recognized already they better recognize now and instantly go from missing out big time losing to instantly winning coming aboard with us at FM money making moves whatever they need from teen accounts checking savings and more satisfaction guaranteed facts fom me I've been knowing this since day 1 and still living the dream as we speak Ty guys for always treating me like family taking good care of me ina Respectful,Perfect,Polite,Professional manner because that's what Professionals do Ty I know you guys never told me it was easy coming in at #1 for so many yrs to the present day/yr 2024 but fantastic job fooling everyone except me on a daily basis class act strategy you guys are really good the best making it look easy everyone have work days that just isn't one of their best weather it's fatigue catching up could be anything it's life things happen I know you see I'm an honest,understandable type of guy but with you guys can't tell its never a panic if customer have issues their usually found and fixed quickly👍:)

Not fast for me. One teller with a long transaction. About 6 employees mostly chatting as I waited in my mask. Don’t you think one could remember
customer service? It wouldn’t have been so annoying if they had all appeared busy. I finally walked out
