Zero integrity. They promise to provide a text for a self-view and then when they hear you have a housing voucher, they ghost you. Based on other reviews here, my advice is to avoid at all costs. How they treat people BEFORE renting is going to be even worse once they get your money.

I would have given zero star to this review if I could. It was the worst rental experience me and my family have ever encountered.

Firstly, the new property owner requested to vacate (claiming to remodel the property) on short notice was unexpected and caused us significant stress and inconvenience. We did our best to comply with the move-out timeline, which required a considerable amount of effort and resources.

Furthermore, the current situation has been exacerbated by the demands related to the abandoned furniture left on the property. We understand the need to remove these items (or else they would keep 50% of our security deposit), but the limited time frame (2 days) provided has only intensified our anxiety and frustration. We are actively working on arranging the removal of these items, but the additional pressure is unwarranted.
I would never rent from any properties managed by this company ever again.

Place is a joke. Came to our apts talking about where we park our cars and then don’t do anything. Just a joke.

Lived in one of the Lincoln Ave properties for a year. It's an experience I'd not want to ever repeat again. The place was poorly renovated (there was a 2 inch gap to the outside behind our stove where ants came in), the management company did not pay for or maintain landscaping in the yard, and communication channels between the company and tenants were poor. The dumpster filled up quickly and then wouldn't be cleared out sometimes.

Located on the second floor in the back corner of the building is this property management company. The office is clean and there was no wait to talk to the leasing officer! I cannot comment on their property management abilities since I haven't experienced them yet (we shall see in the coming months!) but I can say everyone was friendly/professional and the lease signing was fast and easy.

This team is extremely professional and wonderful to work with. The response time is quick from both property manager and accountant, and in cases of unforeseen emergency, they are quick to remedy the problem. Awesome group.
