Make sure you get there early because that line stacks up quick. Other than that I have no complaints the staff are fast for the most part and helpful they even let you use their little carts so you can can put the groceries they give you easily into your car

Nice place, people friendly, in the past year, food stock in been down, which the employees got nothing to do with that part, very disappointed in Tyson and Perdue not giving

It would be nice if the food bank would give meats out and all kinds of stuff instead of just like this week. We just got vegetables and cheese and blueberries. It'd be nice if they would do some meats, some fruits and vegetables stuff like that. I realize that this economy nowadays is making prices higher so the food banks don't get more

Not too proud to admit that when my family fell upon some hard times the food bank was there help us put food on our table. Just know, should you find yourself in a similar predicament, you are going to have to withstand a wait. Try your best to get there early and make sure you have a shopping cart in hand before the rest of the crowd gets there. I can't complain about very much, just make sure you pick through the fruit and veggies when you are there. There have been a few occasions, I'll be at very few, when I've gone to grab let's say, some tomatoes and they were crushed in the bottom of the box. Not through any fault of their own, sometimes individuals have a tendency to throw stuff back into the box when they are rummaging thus resulting in damaged product. These are genuinely good people here looking out for the members of their community and frankly I feel the world would be a better place if more people are just as proactive.

These are some of the kindest, most helpful, non-judgemental people that you could ever hope to meet if you find yourself or your family in need. My late mother shopped their Thrift Store, every week, during the many years that they had it open... not because she had to, but because she enjoyed the books and items that she found at fair prices and the knowledge that the money was helping her neighbors. When you need to clean out your pantry for a new diet or lifestyle, make sure to remember that the Food Bank of Eastern Shore is the worthiest of recipients of your unopened pantry goods.

We are so blessed to have this place. They are still having us drive up, but I think it is much quicker this way. Many thanks to all who volunteer!

The chicken has been really bad. Its really brown or badly freezer burned and had to throw away food 2 different months.. Me and my son ate some of the chicken and got sick..please check the chicken before giving them out..love this place but dont want to throw away stuff I came there to get cause I needed the food or I really dont want to end up in a hospital with food poisoning..
