We lost my sister and had to go to Foothill Federal Credit Union (Glendora) to take care of her affairs. It was a sensitive time for us but Monica Dubin was amazing! So professional and compassionate while assisting us during this difficult time. She was very helpful in explaining each transaction while she closed her accounts. Christina the manger was also very pleasant and helpful!

After receiving an email that I pre-qualify for an auto loan for up to 32,000 in November of this year I went in to the branch to get more information about how much I will qualify for because I was actually just about to purchase a used car. The teller said that they can give me a “blank” check so that I could take to the dealer and purchase my car that way which I was very interested in doing. At that moment I just wanted information and was not ready to make a decision just yet so she encouraged me to make an appointment to speak to the financial advisor and told me to bring in my most recent paystub just to verify the income.

I made an appointment to go to the Glendora branch at 10:30 in the morning on November 23 and I spoke with Monica D. Within minutes of talking to her, she was very discouraging about beginning the process to pull out the loan she didn’t understand why we were getting emails and the tellers were giving incorrect information that that’s not exactly the process of how to take out a loan works. I only spent 10 minutes talking to her about what options I had, but overall, I left very discouraged. Did she think it would be a waste of time to apply for a loan ? Did she think that I could not qualify for 20,000 ? Did she just not want to do her job that day? ? These are the questions I had when I left. I was there income verification in hand, ready to take out a $20,000 loan for a used car and she just very unwilling to start the process which I didn’t understand. She asked why don’t you just finance through the dealer? Well you only have a savings account here, maybe you should apply where you have your checking account. Ultimately, I ended up just paying cash for my used car so I no longer need the loan, but I just wanted to convey the experience because I left unsatisfied with her advice.
I really like this credit union. I’m going to continue going , all the tellers are friendly. I like the bank I’m going to keep my savings account. But I will never ask again to speak the “advisors”. I emailed the bank directly for a private resolution, and there was no response.

I was in the area I just visit your glendora branch the two girls Alex was very professional and extremely nice she helped me out she made everything easy. She even offered me extra things if I need she went out of her way. And Tina is very nice as well I think Tina would make a great branch manager. When I walked in there Tina knew my name. Once again all your branches must be trained by the same person. Out of a 100 percent they give 200 percent of excepitonal service. Don't change anything keep up the great work.
