TERRIBLE company. I made a change to deductions and instead of making the update they just cancelled my deductions. I have called 4 times in the past week and all they say is we have sent a ticket to our operations teams. When I asked for an ETA they just say we don’t know but have put in a ticket. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there is not available but they will send an email.

They are quick to take the quarterly fee but when I need help and when they need to actually work and help resolve the issue they do nothing and do not care even a little bit.

Any companies out there considering using this company DON’T. I can see why they have such bad reviews.

I have been calling this company for two days now to discuss updating my information and doing a roll over. They do not answer the phone or return voicemails. Reaching out to see if anything legally can be done if I do not hear from them soon.

Terrible service.

Firstly, all 401(k) funds were invested into Vanguard and nothing else… no diversity at all. That’s the whole point of a 401(k) is to have safety in your investments by investing in multiple assets across the board, not just picking one hedge fund and waging everything on it.

Secondly, their website doesn’t even work when trying to withdraw because of separation. I had 3 separate back and forth a trying to explain that their website doesn’t work before they finally realized I was right and sent me the manual form.

Thirdly, I’ve been back and forth with support for weeks trying to get my money, and they’re just sitting on their thumbs. I ended up having to fill out a manual form. The form said 3-4 business days to complete and now they’re saying it won’t be done until 10 business days have passed. It’s like they’re purposefully being slow… ACH transfers take 1-3 days max. There is no physical movement of money that ever happens, it’s just numbers on a computer screen.

Company automatically enrolled me, never wanted this, now ForUsAll is giving me a very hard time to collect funds.
They purposely make it hard to verify yourself to get online to do anything.
I DO NOT recommend this company to play with YOUR money.

There is an issue with my 401K and it has taken 11 months, so far, for them to do an audit on my account. They don't return phone calls either. Poor communication on their part. Hopefully before I get to the one year mark in December they will have the audit done but I'm not putting stock in that.

update: i have been in contact with a CEO Cindy Bloch and they have been incredibly unhelpful. ForUsAll has stolen money from me and i have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and will now have to peruse legal action. do not do business with this company- they clearly have no integrity.

We are a small business of about 40 full time people. I'm the CEO, and I have had a good experience with ForUsAll. Their online tools are easy to use and the response times are quick. I also really appreciated how they went above and beyond just before the deadline to get our plan updated with a Safe Harbor feature. We went with them in part because we believed they would provide more direct and responsive customer service than other options like Guideline, and that has proven to be the case.
