Always a friendly staff and great service. I belonged to this credit union for well over 25 years and never had a single problem. I'm greeted by my first name and never questioned on any transaction. I love the online banking as well. I'm not one to rate and review but this credit union goes above and beyond every time I do any kind of banking or have a question. When I saw the negative feedback, I had to reply. It's really not unusual for a bank not to give you the benefits they would if you don't belong. This credit union is managed very well from my experience and treats there consumers in a professional manner.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went Friday for a loan. As soon as I left I had a couple questions that came to mind so I email the guy we r one day 6 amd still no call or email back from ANYONE there. Will NEVER go to them for any banking needs of mine!

Went in to buy a roll of quarters with the ten dollar bill in my hand. Was treated like I was trying to rob the place. "Well, do you have an /account/ with us?" When the answer was no, the teller stuck her nose as high in the air as possible and said "Well then we just can't help you with anything."

Guaranteed I would Never open an account with them.
