I have never had such a great experience with customer service in the insurance industry. Mr. Franklin and his team at FIG work hard to custom fit your plans to fit any of the needs you have. He is always looking out for the best interest of his clients. Not to far back I was in pretty terrible accident. I immediately called FIG! Mr. Franklin dropped what he was doing and took my call, not only making sure I was safe and okay but talking me through what to do and provided me what I needed to make sure I had my insurance information in my hands right there. There is a great relief in knowing you can pick up the phone to talk to your agent and not be placed on hold, especially during the scary events life can bring! Thank you Franklin Insurance Group for treating us like family.

They make sure their customers informed and let us make their own choices. They make sure they know I’m telling them what they need with out the sales approach. They can handle any insurance need: home auto, life, annuities, commercial, business, cancer policies etc. They are family oriented business and you can see that in the work and details they provide.
