Dirtbags!!! Cancelled my husband's plan same hour as starting it. They took ANOTHER $20 out of my account and 5days later they said they will be mailing. A check within 14days!! Both brokers are unprofessional ESPECIALLY the woman with the loud mouth and talks like she's eating over the phone. Redlands office not recommended

They are a bunch of crooks. They insured a driver that already had a DUI who rearended my kids and I on the freeway while he was drunk again. Thank God nobody was hurt and now they are refusing to fix my car and are offering a settlement of a quarter of what it would cost to replace the car.
