I have been going here for years, never had a problem reaching them on the phone, Never had an issue getting an apt, have schedule C’s, never had any issues.

Let me share that many people who end up unhappy with the quality of their returns, is normally because they expect the tax preparer to be their registered CPA.

Many times people don’t have all their documents, and try to rush their returns. The preparers job is to file the taxes with the info they are given, not the info you forget about, or leave out.

That being said keep very good records, educate yourself on what will be needed, that’s what a filing cabinet is for. I take all my numbers, and subsequent required documents and have always been happy with the results.

Worst experience. They don’t answer calls. Irresponsible, disrespectful of your trust , time and concerns. Never ever recommande them. As a low income single mom i got audited just because walter did mistaken on my tax i called several times never ever called me back!!!! When i was lost And frustrated getting the audit letter!!! I paid $150 to them even he filed my taxes on July. 3 months late without notifying or calling me. Even then, i called several time either they didn’t answer or didn’t have any reasons to give me!!!! Very unhappy and feeling bad about myself to chose them. I should read reviews before hiring them!!!

Was super happy with everything until the AUDIT!!! Found out through the process my taxes were filed late. Also, so many errors from the preparer that I was hit with a 20% penalty plus had to pay taxes and interest for all mistakes. On top of all this was told at the beginning by Walt that he would handle the audit and it’s not a big deal. After signing POA over to Walt to speak to IRS and being told he had been in contact with them and had a meeting set up I received a certified letter from IRS to contact them immediately. Called them only to find out Walt had never even contacted them. When telling Walt about all the mistakes I was told that I should have caught them. Why take taxes to get done by a professional if you have to redo them? This place is a complete and utter disgrace!

This man is a SCAM! I used Walter for my 2018 taxes. This year, he went completely AWOL and would not return emails, phone calls, text messages. Emails bounced back and his mailbox was full. I hired a new CPA, who then informed me that not only had Walter completely messed up my 2018 taxes, but he fraudulently filed my 2019 taxes without my consent or signature. I'm now left to clean up this mess!!!

Was going to him for years, but over last few years failed to file my returns after a year despite at least 40 calls. Doesn't respond. Now have huge tax penalties for his failure to file. Plus gave bad advice when selling my home, so now massive tax bill owned. Can't believe a company would treat people like this....went many sleepless nights!

Former client, was audited and found mistake from 2007-2008, have left multiple messages with no response other than will give message. Understanding no longer a current client but have been trying to get this resolved since November of last year. Provided them with all the information need and still nothing, not even a message from owner stating he is working on it. Have been told when asked if owner was available, yes but his appointment just came in, just left for lunch.... not in for the day. Apparently living outside of CA is the problem, if still living in the state would have showed up to his office and got some resolution.

I always thought if a mistake was made by your tax advisor they would do what ever it took to resolve the matter. Apparently I was sadly mistaken.

I've used this tax service for several years, and I've had a great experience. Their team is very helpful, and the extension service is very helpful. They also help me as a student to find ways to get exemptions.
