Incomplete discussions resulted in numerous tax forms being added, causing additional and unexpected tax prep charges that I (the client) wasn’t expecting. I don’t like surprises. Won’t be going back.

Amy was wonderful.. I may not have been in the best mood but she did her best and was very helpful .. thank you …… but the receptionists were really keen on cashing me out and processing my return.. next time please allow me to make the decision to REVIEW before rushing out the door.

Once you see something complete doesn’t mean changes can’t be made.

Turns out I owed $224 verses getting $300 back… when I read it back I saw a mistake I made..that’s because I INSISTED on seeing Amy for review when the receptionist kept pushing to check out… just next time pump the breaks & focus on the customer.

EDIT: the state of Arizona & IRS have contacted me regarding needing to pay another $200-$300!!! They screwed up my taxes beyond belief!! Never never ever go here!!! Worst place ever

Working with Rebecca and her team is a delightful experience. I'm not adept at managing retirement investments and taxes, but I feel at ease and confident with Rebecca overseeing my accounts. It's reassuring to be in such capable hands. She has eliminated the stress and concern from tax filing for me. Having utilized her services for years, I believe in the value of what you pay for. I've tried other expedited filing services and my company's retirement investment options, but none have matched even a portion of what Rebecca has accomplished for me. Her fees are fair, and I would suggest her to anyone seeking a skilled professional to manage their wealth.

Very disappointed with the service, scheduled me with the wrong tax service agent even tho I said who to I wanted to see twice. Then I see I’m charged $300 for federal and 2 state returns which I think is a bit absurd and then I see after the fact that apparently none of my medical bills can be applied because it was “not enough to itemize” even tho I have itemized medical bills that have costed less. Highly don’t recommend this place and I will never go back and will tell everyone not to come to this place
