If they think you are going to rent, they're right on top of things, once you move in, be prepared to age a few years to be recognized or respected. When you need something done, don't hold your breathe. People are nice but not too responsive.

The Rawlins office is not very friendly. Calls are not returned in a timely manner. In our case work needed to our rental was either not done, took a long time to get approved or we were given an excuse as to why it did not need to be done.
