We have been a client of Fuerst Insurance for several years and have been very satisfied with how Carlette has been proactive in making sure we have the proper coverage for our home and auto. We recently had hail damage on our vehicle and called Carlette as soon as it happened. She filed the claim immediately and within a few hours an Erie representative had called to initiate the claims process, then a rep from the car rental company called to confirm they had approval for a car for our use and then that same day the Erie adjuster called to set-up an appointment! Service can't get better then that!! The adjuster was here within 5 days and OK'd repairs. So all in all a great bunch of people doing what needed to be done, fast, efficient, professional and friendly!

If I could provide her with zero stars, I would. My husband was in a car accident which resulted in his car being totaled. I contacted Carlette to find out what the next steps should be as this is the recommendation per Erie's website. "Contact insurance agent". I did this and Carlette's response was "I'm not sure" call this number and she gave me an 800 number to dial.

Due to being unsatisfied with the service provided to us, we decided we wanted to get a new agent and found out our current agent needs to approve the transfer and Carlette is denying our transfer because she stated "it is up to her discretion". Because of this my husband and I will have to start a new policy, which will increase our rates and cause us to lose our vanishing deductible. We've been in touch with another insurance agent with Erie and she's stated that she's allowed several customers to transfer and all she has to do is click a button that states "initiate transfer". This shows me that Carlette is deliberately making this a personal issue, which is highly unprofessional. If you want someone with integrity, I HIGHLY advise choosing someone other than Carlette at Fuerst Insurance.
