I've been a customer for many years and love this bank over all the others I've had before. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Julie Spanbauer has helped me with personal loans and really worked with me on what best fit my needs and what I could afford for payments. I signed up for their Kasasa savings and get money back monthly for basically using my bank, how cool is that?!

I love this place. I started at their Waupun branch when I was still in the area, and they've always been incredibly helpful. I have lived in the Green Bay area now for going on 5 years, with the closest branch being Oshkosh. Over these 5 years the staff has helped me with a personal loan, multiple address changes, fraud protection, account updates and so much more. They ALWAYS call you back when they say they will, even if it's to let you know they're still looking into your issue. 10/10. I definitely reccomend them to everyone.

Went here today to open accounts and they wouldn’t do it. Nobody in the bank 2 people sitting there doing absolutely nothing and they couldn’t open accounts up for me. Pretty sad. I can definitely tell Matt Backalars is not there. Just laziness, you’re getting paid to sit there but wouldn’t open an account for me. I walked out!

Had a teller roll her eyes at me. The best part was that I caught it as I was turning to say thank you to her. When your customers are more professional than your staff, that's not good.

Update- I received a call back from the manager and she was very understanding and apologetic. I am happy I got a quick response about it. That was very nice.

I've had accounts with Fox Valley Savings Bank since they were First Federal Savings and Loan. My parents had accounts there their entire lives. When you start with excellent service, you stay with it!
