Trusting Gallagher Property Management with our property was the most regretted investment property decision to date. The Tennant is extremely unhappy, our property was shamefully neglected, and what repairs they did perform were shoddy and without authorization, costing much more to properly address and fix, later. They work only four days a week and it shows in their business esteem.
