I had to drop off a copy of my title to this office because one of their customers had driven through a red light and totalled my Saturn Vue. The office was disgusting. It was in complete disarray and it looked like he was in the middle of unpacking and setting up the office. So, I asked, and he told me he had been in the office for years. When he asked me why I was there I explained to him that the adjuster I was dealing with was hours away and she had advised me to take my title there to expedite my payment. He said he had never heard of such a thing and that I must be either lying or confused. So, I called the adjuster I was working with and told here what he said. She asked to speak with him and I'm guessing that she explained in detail what she was doing. Before I could speak with her again he'd ended the call without even saying goodbye, thank you, I understand..... Nothing. He was condescending and rude and I never want to go back to that office again. It was dirty, disgusting, completely disheveled and so was the man whose office it was.
