There’s been issues going on at Park Madera building 2415 that have not been addressed. One serious problem and concern of safety is tha vandalism taking place here. My vehicle has been vandalized for a 3rd time and management does nothing.

Gardner Management company is the most professional and responsive management firm I have ever worked with. The team is run by a group of professionals that focus on customer service. I have been a resident of PV Terrace for many years. Recently, had my kitchen remodeled and It's absolutely amazing. Management (Specifically Billy) was absolutely awesome! This company left me hanging for months in limbo due to construction. They offered unacceptable terms when they suddenly needed to demolish our balcony.

No comparable unit was available and no notice was given. Lisa Caroll was a terrible agent and provided no acceptable solutions to us, especially during the stressful conditions of the stay at home orders.

Beware this company.
