It's really tough to get home insurance in CA right now. Doug was fantastic and persistent in finding me an insurance company to insure my house. I couldn't have done it without him. Thanks Doug!

I was helping a buyer purchase an off the grid cabin on 10 acres near Big Bear, Ca and we were not able to obtain an insurance policy. The buyer said he had some policies on his car at GEICO and that made me think of Doug Napieralski who I know had worked at that company for many years before he started his own independent insurance brokerage. I did a conference call with the buyer and Doug answered and we let him know what we needed. Doug explained that he could get a California Fair Insurance Plan for the property to satisfy the buyer and the seller financing lender. He did all the paperwork and communicated with the escrow officer to make sure they got what they needed to close on the property. Oddly enough, about a week later, the property had a fire evacuation and we were able to call Doug and make sure the policy was in place and if we needed to do anything more. Thankfully the fire did not go near the property. Since then, I heard Doug was also able to insure an off road vehicle the buyer had at an amazing price compared to other companies. Thank you Doug!
