I found this office when looking for a new provider for my daughter. The previous provider was creating dental anxiety just from cleanings and x-rays. Going to the dentist is no longer an appointment she dreads. Everyone from the front staff to the hygienists to Dr. Gerik have all been wonderful and understanding. They are always great at explaining what they are doing as they go which is so helpful. I highly recommend this office.

I was a patient at this dental office for a few years, primarily for routine cleanings covered by my insurance. At one point, I paid out-of-pocket for additional services that weren’t covered. Later, I received statements from my insurance company showing that the office had attempted to bill them for the same services I had already paid for.

When I called to ask about it, I was told it was likely a mistake made by “the new girl.” However, I don’t recall there ever being a new staff member—just the same front desk person who had always been there. The explanation didn’t seem credible.

I also began receiving repeated marketing texts and calls from the office, which contributed to my decision to stop going.

Years later, I gave them another chance and called to schedule an appointment. But when I was met with the same dismissive tone and attitude, I was reminded why I left in the first place.

The office has a large number of five-star reviews, many of which are written in a remarkably similar tone and style. It’s worth noting for anyone researching the practice.
