Never really had an issue with the trash service, other than trying to schedule a missed pick up, still had to wait a full week for my normal pick up day. My complaint is when you call in to make a payment or whatnot, it's so LOUD in the back ground from people laughing and caring on, you can't think and function to handle business. You can't hear the person you're on the phone with! Not very professional.

My wife and i just moved into a new house and transferred our trash service. We were told they would pick up the week we got our new trash can now its been 4 weeks and it still hasn't been picked up iv call everyday only to be told our route was delayed , truck is down or short drivers. I qas also told they would service it the next say multiple times but it still hasn't been done.Our neighbors seem to be getting service no problem and ours skipped over. I was told i would receive a call back from the manager over our area last week and still javent receive a call back.Im over the excuses will never recommend this company to bad there isn't a way to leave less than a 1 star

Absolutely the worst business I have encountered. The entire city of Chickasaw has went an entire week without trash service. Workers are passing out from heat exhaust and their trucks go down every week. Its definitely a GARBAGE COMPANY.

Never pick up on time. Never pick up recycling. Call to report and cant talk to a person. Leave a message and never get a return phone call. WORST TRASH SERVICE EVER!!! If I could give them a negative star I would.

This is the worst company ever. If I could load pictures of all the trash they just missed and my yard they just dug up I would. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and if you can switch service.
