Minding my business i get a call from State Farm about switching over from progressive. Hesitant at first offered me an amazing quote I went ahead with the service. The initial call was amazing then it got bad. My insurance was not loading or set up the first few days i called in and was told it was fine. My bill still didn’t generate so i called in and paid again but no issue. Yesterday i received a refund and i was confused so i called today and was told give them a minute let them investigate. Later in the day they reached out and informed me that i had no auto insurance, the underwriters said my license did not qualify and they had no more answers. My issue is that no one told me my policy canceled weeks ago i only knew by reaching out. Like this is such an inconvenience.. yall baited me and the end result was just unpleasant. I will tell everyone that listens so they don’t use State Farm. Thank you for wasting my time and not having my car insured for weeks with no communication. ?
