The current property manager, Shylo, and maintenance person, Alex, are by far the best. They are prompt in replying to emails and calls. All maintenance requests have been addressed. They're friendly and extremely helpful. With energy efficient appliances and central air, these apartments really can't be beat.

I moved to Wyoming from PA and really love my apartment. It's affordable, quiet, pet-friendly and spacious! The property mgr. is terrific...she listens to your concerns and sees they get resolved promptly. The maintenance is super...they are both courteous and make your concerns a priority. I would definitely recommend Glacier Place Apts!

Both corporate and management were awful and we experienced several safety hazards that were unreasonable. If you are thinking of bringing your family into their contract, I suggest you ask around town and do your research, the University offers a free guide to Landlord Tenant Rights. This is imperative reading, I wish I would have known and somebody had warned me about how awful Glacier Place and Highland Property Management were for me and my family.

I live here and it is a great place to live. I gave them notice I am to be out April 1. They are supposed to rent it out and give me my $400 deposit back so I will get back to you about how great they are at keeping their word.

When I lived there back in 2016, the lady that ran it was horrible. She’s not a great person hateful and never helpful. She is very Judge mental person and loves to be in your business. I hope she’s not running it.

The new property manager and the maintenance manager Walt are great. The apartments are a great value. But they certainly not perfect
