My parents had had State Farm with her. A few years ago one of her employees made a massive mistake on our house insurance policy and resulted in losing all our credits towards our insurance. We were forced to get brand new insurance paying triple the amount. We never got an apology and we moved away from Gladys to someone else. She doesn’t really care about your well being. She only cares about the bottom line.
