¡¡Súper poco profesionales, estas señoras no quieren trabajar!! cuando estaba tratando de obtener la información de mi vehículo para comprar mi automóvil en el dealer les tomó un gran tiempo enviar un correo electrónico a mi concesionario, luego no escribieron mi nombre bien en mi seguro, les envié un mensaje de texto y llamé para informarles que necesitaba que arreglaran mi tarjeta de seguro y si me lo mandaban por correo electrónico porque lo necesitaba ya para poder sacar un sticker y no se solucionó nada y ni me envió por correo electrónico, lo necesito lo antes posible para poder obtener una calcomanía en mi complejo de apartamentos para que la grúa no se llevara mi auto. Les envié un mensaje de texto nuevamente y llamé y todo lo que hicieron fue responder de manera grosera, y la señora dijo que no utilizan el correo electrónico. Que puedo ir y recogerlo yo mismo, ¡no podrían simplemente enviarlo por correo electrónico! ¿Quién no usa correo electrónico estos días? ¡Vamos, lo necesitaba para hoy! No tengo tiempo para ir a recoger mi seguro, muy decepcionante, esta empresa debería hacerlo mejor y debería aprender hoy a ser profesional y tratar de mejor manera a sus clientes que ellos son los que están pagando.
