As a homeowner, I would never trust this company with my property. They are unprofessional and lack care and concern for all of the parties they are involved with as well as the properties they manage. I’ve seen them fail to address issues tenants have surfaced over multiple months, which not only puts the unit at risk but also gives the tenant grounds for taking legal action. In addition, like other reviews have mentioned here, it appears their word means nothing. They failed to show up to appointments and didn’t follow through with written statements. In conclusion, if you’re looking to rent your property or are looking for a rental property, I would avoid this company and take your business elsewhere.

I recently hired Goetz-Manderley Property Management to rent our home in Avila Beach, CA. I couldn't be more pleased with EVERYTHING Heidi Goetz and her team did for us - they rented our home in less than 2 weeks - AND got us more than asking price! I rented a little house in SLO about 4 years ago through Estella: she was great, their response to repair requests was timely and. as a Realtor myself, I appreciated their professional, friendly attitude. I have since recommended them to clients of mine. I married and moved to Nevada but plan to return to Central Coast and would work with them again.

I wanted to give this company my money and rent a place through them. It took FOUR different phone calls before I finally got through to someone. Once I got to their rental agent, she was very unhelpful and said she would call me back. A week later, I called them back to check in and once again had to call THREE DIFFERENT phone numbers before I got to an actual person. Ridiculous. To find out the property is already rented out. Wish they would have told me that to save the hassle. Will NOT move forward with this company for any property.
