Had a pleasant time buying our house with Evelyn. Selling our house with her was incredibly frustrating. She greatly overestimated the price of our house, which was our number one frustration when the appraisals kept coming back extremely under (by 10s of thousands) and she passed it off as bad appraisers. Didn't feel like she advocated for us with the appraisals, just wanted to get us to sell as quick as possible for whatever price and be done with us. Also was not good at communicating with us. Felt like we were always the one reaching out for information on where we were at in the process. Overall a bummer of experience selling. Would not recommend for that side of the home buying/selling process.
