Please, for the love of everything, do NOT use these people to bill for you. My providers use them and they are a nightmare. They have double billed me, failed to record payments, failed to get back to me & needed me to follow up with them multiple times to get my account straightened out, and now I get a bill for something that happened 14mos ago and looks like it was double billed again. They're terrible.

Amazing staff! I didn't give all my insurance information when I was seen on my first appointment (my bad) then when I received a bill I was SHOCKED. As soon as I called them and informed them I had other insurance they helped me through the process of getting my claims rebilled and were very patient through the whole process.

Their billing rep called to say I owed $1075 on my sons account only to find out that she misread his account and only owed $77. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she hung up on me. Golden Heart Professionals are not very professional.
