Went here about a year ago. Paid $500 for the visit which wasn’t the issue. Instead I didn’t know here was another $100 payment that was separate and I was never made aware of until over a year after when it was sent to debt collectors. Tried calling got multiple numbers and they never answered the phone. It rang for two minutes no matter the day I called. Made aware to HR, hope it changes.

An absolute scam. The number on the website leads nowhere. Their website is full of fake doctors/physicians. When you call the hospital, which they supposedly run out of, they give you a different number. That number is only open 2 hours out of the day. They have random “bills” that are supposedly charged through insurance. My insurance company says that they have never gotten a claim from them. They use people’s medical emergencies as a way to make money. Absolutely SICK.

Avoid this place at all cost. Their billing department is horrible. It looks like a pattern that they don’t contact you regarding a bill, when you try to reach out to them multiple times by phone and email leaving voicemails they still won’t contact you. They will just send you to collections. Pretty sure this place needs to be investigated. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT NONSTOP PROBLEMS

Whatever you do don't go here. AVOID THEM. I have been sent to collections for doctors appointments that were a year ago. I have since paid the debt collector twice now and just got another bill for the same amount. In the law it says that they don't have to notify you or explain why you owe this stuff. They can just send you to collections.

Strange billing situation going on here. Avoid if possible. Unexpected charges, new things from them in my insurance E.o.B dated five months AFTER I saw them. Seems fishy & should probably be investigated.

I’ve called and left 8 separate voicemails, these people are so ignorant that they refuse to bill my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, and then they sent me to collections. I’ve called three times since then, trying to sort things out… It’s no wonder they have a one star review.

Don't go here. They charge hospital fees separate and then charge physician fee separate. I ended up paying around 450 dollars in addition to my insurance just for a shot
