This Company will lie and alter agreement terms right after they tell you one thing they change it after you apply to steal your money. Then try to tell you you don’t qualify based on their very strict original terms. If you do not meet the properties original terms do not apply with this company. This is why houses sit for so long with this company, because they are making money off multiple families/ applicants. They will even have you apply knowing your credit doesn’t meet their strict standard just to steal your money from the renting application. If you recently applied to buy a new home and ultimately go back to rentals they will tell you that they’ll help you, and overlook it on your credit. It’s all lies! They will tell you properties are good with cats or dogs that aren’t just to take your money. This company is a joke and owes a lot of applicants that we’re straight up lied to. Don’t let them get your hopes up. Ultimately only apply if you know you meet every requirement or find a more honest company to deal with. Don’t let this shady company ruin your experience. There’s a lot more honest companies to go through, so keep searching!

David Kipper has been completely unresponsive and as of today am 0/17 on him answering either of his phones (over a 6 week period) and he has not responded to texts, emails, or voicemails. Was left with no option other than to write an honest review and file a complaint with the BBB, as he also owes a check and will not communicate how to get it from him. Completely disappointed, especially seeing the (mostly) positive reviews on Google.

We are brand new tenants and we were unfortunately caught in three scenarios that had us feeling abandoned. Come to find out that they were perfectly honest mistakes that were out of anyone's control. However, David Kipper didn't rely on those scenarios in order to protect his liabilities. He took full responsibility and made sure everything was operating the way he would want his house to work. We were impressed at how he fixed the mistakes, which measures a higher premium than getting it right the first time. He's clearly a busy guy for a reason, and we got the attention needed to make things right.
