After going through a tornado with Luke as my agent, and after hearing horror stories from my neighbors regarding their insurance, I cannot imagine a better agent. Luke had my back and always answers the phone. I'm pretty sure I called him immediately after we were hit at 2 am and he took the call. We are moving back into the house very soon and I credit Luke with making sure I had the right coverage before this ever happened.
