Last year we hired Graham Construction Services to remodel our downstairs. He was the least expensive bid and was excellent quality. He provided photos of previous jobs and even progress updates when we were out of town.

We had a very big job that him and his guys Mike and Ben did great work. He was very helpful with things we weren't sure about. Very patient with us doing some things the way we wanted to do them. Supportive when I just felt I couldn't take anymore. This project was 10 months for us living in a construction zone and it took 2 month for Richard and his crew to come in and make our vision come to life.

One of the things I appreciated most was they respected our home and were very professional and trustworthy. After a 2 month remodel they were more like family.

I would highly recommend Graham Construction Services for your any project and if we have another needed project we hope he would work with us again.

The best decision we made for our project was to hire Graham Construction to remodel our master bathroom. Richard, his wife Lilian and his crew (Mike and Ben) transformed our bathroom into a beautiful, bright, spacious modernized bath that we will enjoy for many years.
When Mike and Ben installed the floor and shower tile, they took extra care to ensure the tiles lined up just perfectly. I really love and appreciated that they took the time to make the transitioning appealing to the eye.
Lilian helped pick the color for our vanity and painted it. The beautiful green color really popped and stood out in our bathroom.
From beginning to end, Richard kept in touch, and was very responsive to my concerns, mod requests and questions, even making suggestions at times.
Richard and his crew did an amazing job on our bathroom and I highly recommend them for any painting or remodeling job that you may have. They deserve more than a 5star rating, I would give them a 10+ cuz they really hit the bullseye on our bath!🎯

We contracted with Graham Construction Services to paint and treat the siding on our home. The crew of Ray, Ashley, and Tom from GCS are thorough professionals who did fine work getting our home looking good again. The crew was pleasant to be around. What impressed me was the way they set up all the drop cloths, masking, and equipment every morning and took it all down every evening. When the crew left for the day, we had our house back.

The crew did a wonderful job protecting our neon light house number and lilac bush. Every thing was left clean and tidy. I needed a front entry floor reinforced and replaced in an older house. This was definitely a custom job with unique challenges. I decided to take a chance and have it done while I was away. You get what you pay for. When you hire Graham Construction you get a professional contractor who works with you to make sure YOUR needs are met. They keep you updated and work with your schedule. The painters are respectful of your property. They leave a clean worksite everyday. They take pride in what they do and will work with you if you want something changed without an attitude. They ARE professionals. A little on the high side $$$, but remember, You get what you pay for. I will be recommending them when house painting comes up in a conversation.

Graham Construction did a great job with exterior paint on our house. Richard and his crew were on time, prepped carefully, made minor repairs, even installed a missing attic vent. They communicated with us well during a busy time for them, and were respectful of our time. Masking, painting and cleanup were all fantastic.
