We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at an Airbnb hosted by Grand Welcome in Branson Missouri. They were organized, up kept good communication with us via text, gave simple and thorough check in and check out instructions, and had the condo inviting and very clean for our 7 month old crawler. We would love to do business with this company again. Highly recommend!

David and his team came through in a pinch! They recently acquired this property and during acquisitions our family VRBO reservation was canceled in less than 48 hours before our arrival. We were thousands of dollars invested in shows & Silver Dollar City and about to cancel the entire trip (due to no where to stay) David got involved.
He managed to not only get out rental back, but clean it and create a wonderful environment for my family of 9 to make incredible memories.
And we did just that! Lots of laughing, joy, fun, rest, more fun. I highly recommend this property for a family retreat. Darts, ping pong, foosball, chess, cards, corn hole, we gamed a lot. The WIFI handled 2 Xboxes & Netflix at the same time. The water pressure was great. The hot tub and campfire were perfect for the fall weather.

*Priceless experience*

As I’m writing this we don’t want to leave. We had a wonderful 4 day - 3 night stay! Thank You! Thank You! 🙏🏽

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Branson. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. All of the comforts of being at home plus a wonderful view and the added bonus of three swimming pools to choose from, a workout facility, restaurant, lake, golf course, and more all within a secure, gated community with everything you could want to do in Branson 30 minutes or less away. We were pleasantly surprised to find things a lot of Air Bnbs do not have such as stocked shampoos, soaps, laundry detergent pods for the washer and drawer (plenty of shelf space in the laundry area also), a dishwasher with pods, extra dish soap, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and everything to cook with you could need including a crockpot! The master bedroom and bathroom were spacious with a bathtub with jets and plenty of counter/mirror space for a couple to use and get ready to go out, and there was a door in the master bedroom that opened onto the deck that was also accessible from the living area offering a view of the property and mountains beyond. It was close enough to Silver Dollar City that the firework show was visible from the deck every night. However, when you were inside, it was not like being in an apartment or condo unit with noise from your neighbors. It was like you were in a stand alone house with no noise disturbances from outside or surrounding units. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds, and the second bathroom was accessible from the living/dining area with a bathtub/shower. The dining area featured a table with four chairs and an island style bar with stools that connected to the kitchen which had a four burner electric glass top stove, microwave, regular coffee maker, Keurig style coffee maker, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator with freezer. The living area featured a fold out couch in case you had more guests than the two bedrooms could sleep or just had a kid/teen who needed to stretch out and rest or take a nap while watching a movie or show on the living area smart TV. There were also two comfortable chairs in the living area so those and the couch not folded out offered plenty of comfort for lounging. Both bedrooms also featured smart TVs, and all three were Roku so that app and others were available for free in addition to the local and news channels on all three TVs. The wifi was fast and didn't have any issues at all. We loved it so much that we would live in a unit like that in that community. We can't wait to come back because four nights there were amazing, but there's so much to do and see so close by that we definitely want to come back for. It's nice to know that we can have a safe, comfortable stay here when we come back! 10 out of 10 recommend with easy booking, "check in" by stopping at the welcome center and paying for your parking pass, and check out by following the instructions in the texted link.

We planned for this vacation in the summer of 2024 for our Christmas vacation. With 9 people total.
As a family who travels a lot, we have stayed at many air bnbs. With that being said, we have standards. After reading the reviews for this condo, we felt this was going to be just as great as the other properties we have stayed at. It was not terrible by any means. The home is very welcoming. Great location to your main attractions! Quick responses from the managing company even if it isn’t a response that I, as a business owner, would respond with.
I own a cleaning company and have cleaned air bnbs so my standards are probably higher than most. BUT your basic cleaning should be done. I’ll share pictures of what I saw just on our first night of 6.
I also want to add that when renting an air bnb for vacation, it should not be MY job to take inventory of basic everyday necessities. No hand soap at any of the sinks. 2 dish pods. 4 trash bags. A HALF of a sponge. Yes, a sponge cut in half to wash dishes. And a near empty bottle of dish soap. Not enough towels for 9 people for a week. We shouldn’t have to wash laundry every day on vacation. I reached out on day 2 of our week stay and was told I should have reached out on day one. I personally feel like I shouldn’t have had to reach out. Those basic things should have been provided as a party of 9 coming in for a week stay. Yes, I did go and purchase the things that I feel should have been provided. Not a problem. Just as someone who travels, we have never had to do that. Or, be made to feel like we were supposed to take inventory as soon as we got into the home after a 10 hour drive.
