Went today & waited for almost 2 hours to pickup so I thought was a Turkey Box for Thanksgiving just to be told that my name was not on the list & they basically said sorry about your luck. I called almost 2 weeks ago & talked to a lady that said she was putting my name on the list. She said to come on November 26th, 2024 at 1pm to pick it up. Thanks alot to whoever I spoke with thanks alot for nothing, a wasted trip, my gas & my time. There is no where else that I am able to get one now. Whatever, I hope you atleast have a good Thanksgiving dinner.
These people did nothing but make me look like a goddamn fool. And believe me, I felt like a goddamn fool. I really wanted to make & eat a Thanksgiving dinner this year but oh well, it's just another day. right.

I will honestly say mike is one of the best volunteers they have. Amazing person with great attitude. Denise on the other hand I believe needs some serious sit down intervention. People are going here for help not to be yelled at like children. Her attitude was extremely poor and it’s hard for people to reach out for help and when she makes them feel completely uncomfortable..:makes them not want to reach out for help. Extremely poor attitude! I believe mike is there to help people. I believe Denise is there to feel a sense of power. I felt completely uncomfortable and disrespected. The first experience I had here was great Libby was amazing! The second one not so much. I felt since Libby wasn’t there Denise felt overwhelmed and angry at everyone. Please address this. It’s not okay

This is a volunteer driven food bank. The woman who checked me in is very nice qnd helpful. The rest of the volunteers are a mixed bag. Most are respectful but not always pleasant. One of the staff took my senior box to my car for me, which I was grateful for because it was very heavy. This is a small food bank but we'll stocked.

Many volunteers have access to your personal private information. Never give your social security card or number here. A copy of your state insurance card will work. Expired food (allowed up to 3 years), not a friendly environment. You will Leave feeling more down than when you arrived. But, If you need the help you can get it here..
