This was our first time working with GreenTree Properties and specifically with Kevin and I can't stress enough what a great experience we had with the entire process. Kevin is a top notch true professional that far exceeded our expectations. He was there for us at every step of the way, guiding us with his many years of experience and knowledge. Buying a home can be the biggest financial investment of your lifetime and we didn't want to work with some part time realtor or newbie. Kevin Hood's expertise got us a great price on our house and minimized the anxiety of one of the stressful things a person can do: sell a house and move. Not only does Kevin have a storehouse of knowledge and experience on how to sell houses, but also he has a natural friendliness, caring nature and sense of humor which really helped us through the process. He is part real estate salesman and part cheerleader, encouraging us and helping us through the harder parts of selling a house, like packing up and getting rid of things. In fact, he saved us quite a bit of money and stress by offering his office dumpster for our use. He always seemed to find ways to take the weight off any burdens we were feeling. Ultimately, we got a solid, fair offer on our house within one day of Kevin listing the house! We accepted! We were extremely pleased!
