Rented their house, cost $2500 a month! It was a dump. Rampant mouse and bug problems, moldy bathrooms. When we arrived the house seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Had to scrub the bathroom walls with ammonia in order to mentally justify using it. Maintenance guy was useless, never fixed any problems we had. On top of our awful living experience our $2500 security deposit is being withheld with no itemized list of expenses was provided and we are being ghosted by the landlord as we approach three weeks after our lease ended.

DO NOT EVER RENT OVER IN RIDGEWAY THE HOUSES ARE JUNK!!! We pay 1270 a month for our water to always stop working, our ac unit always stops working, the lights flicker on every floor we go through 2 packs of light bulbs a week the breakers are always blowing so I am going to have the place expected because something is definitely wrong with the electric here. There is no insulation we found a huge hole behind our dishwasher so mice come in through that had to patch that up. This is the worse place I have ever rented from. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL!!!
