Greg Johnson State Farm agent has always had a wonderful knowledgeable friendly staff who give me very personalized assistance these past 15+ years with my Homeowners, Umbrella and Earthquake insurance. Her kind but efficient, forthright manner reassured us we were making the right decision! She answered all of our questions quickly and was open to whatever method of communication we preferred. We've been using Greg Johnson's State Farm office for almost 2 decades now. Whenever we've needed help, State Farm has been there. Most recently, Sue, helped us review our homeowners policy as it had increased and we were stressed about the higher cost. Through Sue's review with us, she was able to save us almost $1,500/year! To say we were thrilled is an understatement. Sue is knowledgeable and personable. I can't imagine going anywhere else for our insurance needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Cassandra Akenson at Greg Johnson's agency. I became familiar with Sue at Greg Johnson State Farm Insurance when I first got my license at 16 years old. Another 16 years down the road and I still go to Sue to address any changes in my car insurance, not to mention setting up life insurance and even insurance for my fiance. She is friendly, answers any and all questions I have, and she goes above and beyond to make things as easy and understandable as possible. On top of all of that, you really can't beat the rates. I can't imagine having a different insurance agent and I don't plan on going anywhere else. Thanks for everything Sue!
