Our experience with Josh and hugo, has been amazing! They have been incredibly kind, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. We absolutely love our new home, and they have gone above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Anytime I have a concern, they are quick to respond and address it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great property manager!

I have a bit to say about these guys.
Awesome! Josh worked so well with us. He is very communicative, and worked on our application quickly. Adam was pretty nice as well. Adam showed me the apartment and was very helpful where he could be with all my questions. 👍🏻
On another note, I am seriously impressed with the conditions and what they've done with the apartments. The one I'm moving into is immediately next door to the one I'd previously lived in 9-10 years ago. They remodeled the entire place, repainted. The floors are nice, the hallways nice. It's not as grungy as it used to be, it doesn't smell like cigarettes and I am excited for new beginnings here. So VERY good work done by these gentlemen. Thanks guys! 🙌🏻

Edit to add- I am still pretty happy with the conditions of the place....the only thing is, I'm beginning to resent living here after a month, because of how loud the water pipes are. It's not all the time, and maybe it's just because my apartment is right above the laundry room. I have made requests and comments about it, but I really don't know...what they can do.
After a month of listening to water run, and sleepless nights making me feel exhausted and cranky... I just hope this can help someone else. I did not know what to expect or ask really at first, but I definitely wish I knew about this before I decided to pay a substantial amount just to move in.

Grandview is at least 4 stars, I have a remodeled apartment and no complaints!!! I have no complaints about the other tenants or staff. Due to the remodel the stairs are messy at times. I honestly have no complaints and haven’t heard other tenants complain either! Love the nature/wildlife in the area as well. (And management is easy to work with). I would make this decision for a rental again. In the few months I have been here- I’ve noticed an improvement outside too.

This group has been wonderful! I’m biased because I live in their apartments, but I think I can very gladly say that they have helped so much. Josh walked us through the process, because it’s my first place outside of my parent’s house. Brionna is very personable and showed us the apartment. She has answered every question I’ve had, and helps tremendously! They sent emails letting us know what we need to do with the winter weather coming in, and when the emergency numbers changed. They have been very communicative from the very beginning. They’ve been very understanding about us not having credit, and our super busy schedules. Hell, even the people remodeling our building have been fun to talk to and did a fantastic job! I am proud that this is my first apartment. When we can afford a bigger place, we will probably be asking them if they have anything available, or if they have any suggestions. 10/10.

They were prompt at providing a walk around virtual tour, willing to work with our individualized situation and timeline, and kept in strong communication with us throughout the entire process.
