Paul and Wayne arrived at our quarters prepared and ready to resolve our issue. Spoke with them briefly about the GFCI. Both quickly started troubleshooting the issue and resolved it promptly. Their professionalism and disposition was above reproach. Absolutely the best maintenance personel I had the privilege of interacting with over my 35 years of service. Excellence work by both gentlemen who's actions shows they cares about what they do. For me that means so very much. Great job to you both and know from this veteran it means something.

James was very professional and knowledgeable. He executed his tasks promptly and was super informal of what the issue with the A/C unit was. He also reassured us that if anything were to happen in the future to contact the maintenance line and he’ll be right out to help! Great guy, great customer service!

This guy polite came in tested our fridge we waited and he said everything was fine then when i saw he was about to leave i told him it was because he had to put ot in the highest setting, so our food wouldnt spoil. so of course it wouldnt determine his test accurately the freezer is working harder to keep itself cool. He put it back to the “recommended” he came in at 9 am or so and now that its 1:44pm its back to to the food smelling becoming warm. i tried to let him know that it wasn't that simple, i let him know what happened as to why we called and he said “well its working now call through the emergency and someone will come within an hour.” and we (my husband and i) have seen this option and there was no emergency only routine. I always explained to him “ok, but what if i contact someone just for them to tell me the same thing?” He said that if i call the emergency someone will come within an hour So now we have to have someone come in again and hopefully it gets fixed.

Joe was an amazing maintenance tech. Quick to service, he went back and forth to make repairs or make replacement to lightbulbs I would forget to mention. Superb technician! He even tried to be very quiet as a remote worker and was respectful and maintained a clean workplace in the house.

The entire maintenance team has been nothing but amazing, every single time they come by. I would not change any member of their team and if possible, I'd give every single one of them a raise! Polite and caring in every way. Not to mention, they always do an amazing job!
