I met Russ and Grey Falcon Properties while selling a property for a mutual client. Russ was absolutely amazing at his communication and worked so diligently to help our mutual client sell their rental property that I began to refer Russ for customers of mine. Eventually, I found myself in a position needing a property manager as well. I had no doubt that Russ and his team would be able to take amazing care of my most important investment. It’s been two years of smooth sailing since Russ took over for me regarding my two detached houses here in San Diego county. I am grateful every day, knowing that it is one less concern I have as my asset grows in value!

I’m a professor on sabbatical in Oxford and Russ Tarvin rented out my house while I was away and managed the property. I can’t thank him enough! It was a big job and a tough one—I hadn’t realized how much there was to do, which I couldn’t do from out of the country. Russ did it all! He got the place refurbished, dealt with getting permits from the city, rented it out, managed cleaning and fixing. He did it all and was a pleasure to work with. Five stars!

They told me I could apply the house they were in charge and I applied immediately with payment of 39 dollars. We have very good credits. After ten days they told me they have rented the house to another family. And the house is still on zellow now, showing it will be ready on Oct 8. Bad reviews I saw about them, I should have trusted them!

Russ Tarvin was incredibly professional, helpful, and responded promptly to anything we needed. I have no complaints. The house we rented through him was great.

This company has zero communication skills. DO NOT waste your time in submitting an application for a rental property if you see that this management company is involved. Their complete lack of commination will leave you feeling like they're running a scam. This review is directed to your agent Carol Bocanegra. She will not call you back, has nearly no information for the property she's listed on, and will text back short poorly written responses which offer little information. AVOID.

Just rented a property with them. Carol Bocanegra handled the listing and she was very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. She kept me updated regarding my application and was quick to respond whenever I had questions. I’m happy with how things worked out with this property management company.
