Mrs. Dias was very courteous and patient with my insurance request; Despite having Griffin Owens as my broker for my auto policy, my homeowner insurance was managed by a different broker, she guided me towards getting the information we needed to make an informed decision. After making the comparison I requested, she guided me with the necessary paperwork; by the end of the phone call, everything was resolved, I had my renewal id cards for the auto policy in my phone, the declaration page for my home owner's insurance in my email and a happy face with the savings obtained thanks to her assessment.
She is very knowledgeable and detail oriented at the time of evaluating options and coverages.

Imagine calling your insurance company and wanting to speak about your monthly bill, to get greeted by the receptionist who tells you that they are busy and about to close in 10 mins!! Aren't we all busy? Such a lack of customer service. Definitely don’t recommend contacting or doing business this agency.

Just no, their customer service has dropped since they’re no longer Clara’s Insurance. It took them over a week to get back to me for a quote for my mom. I had to call them multiple times, If your agent is “Katy” good luck, you won’t ever hear back from her. Thankfully I was able to find a policy for a fraction of the price they were trying to charge and was able to get it done in 20 minutes.
