Ellen and Michael.... the best fricken agents to exist. They helped me through emotional and financial turmoil when I got into a semi trailer accident. Every time I call they know me by name. They are the most professional, timely and exceptional reps I’ve ever worked with. I’m in customer service so I deal with others daily. I have nothing but good things to say. Had Grove insurance for 15plus years. They seem to be changing staff without sending out notices. Also, I had to call several times for quotes and knowledge of coverage to the newer person and his called backs where non existant and knowledge complicated. I called more then 6 times to cover a new car which was quoted horribly (I had to pay double more then 3 months in a row without notifications) wrong more then once. I changed for that reason and when I canceled it didn't get back dated correctly and no one cared I wasn't happy they simply just said bye. Kinda disappointed considering I carried several cars and a house through them.
