Unclear Pricing & Unexpected Fees

I used GWAP Tax Services for my clients tax preparation, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. They did not disclose their pricing upfront in ANY CLIENT materials, and I was blindsided by additional charges that were added to my clients services without prior notice. Transparency is key when dealing with financial matters, and I expected better communication. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for straightforward and honest tax services.
