I'm so glad, that we have such management as Harlor.
Their team are so friendly and helpful. Claudia is the best and very communicative person. Any time anything needs to be fixed - she's always does her best to fix it in a timely matter. Any our request took less than 24 hours to be done.

Unfortunately had negative experiences with Janet here at Harlor Management. After confirming appointment with Janet she showed up late to show property without any communication whatsoever (she confirmed she had mobile number however failed to call) and to make matters worse when she finally arrived she was sitting in her parked vehicle too lazy to come out.
Finally when she came out she failed to take accountability and acknowledge her shortcomings, she further exacerbated the situation by being rude and hasty. She failed to answer the most basic questions about the apartment like square footage, laundry room, parking? By responding with "I don't know". It was obvious she did not care about her job at all. Upon asking her if there were other vacancies she said there's another one nearby and that she can't remember the address however will provide it... She never did. Upon following up with her again she was unacceptably rude, abrupt, and beyond unprofessional.
Janet is an awful reflection of Harlor Management and will continue to harm their business and have them lose money.

Janet Palacios here is beyond unprofessional, lazy, and rude. Janet appears to hate her job and just does not care. She fails to promptly communicate, arrives late, says one thing but does another. Janet is untrustworthy and is doing Harlor Management more harm than good.
Who hires these wasteful people!

The only positive that can be said about them is that they are responsive. Aside from that they are cheap and genuinely don't care about their tenants at all if it will cost them anything they will complain and will try to charge you whenever they can. Don't rent from these people they are snakes and that's putting it nicely, their buildings aren't worth the rent they charge. If I could give a negative review I would but 1 star is as low as it go's.

This property management company is the literal WORST!!!! The rudest (most unhelpful staff) not to mention they DO NOT no what is going on in any of their properties. The apartment building (that they own) that I live next to is full of barking dogs (some huge dogs, that DO NOT belong in an apartment environment) not to mention people staying with tenants of the buildings for weeks and months that don’t live there!!! The absolute WORST property Management company. I totally understand why their Google rating is so horrible.

Terrible property managers. Nothing ever got fixed in a timely manner. When issues were addressed, they were "duct tape" fixes. Owner is rude and dismissive.
