I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Harwin & Co., and my experience with them was nothing short of terrible. From start to finish, this company proved to be unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unreliable. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear and explore other options.

First and foremost, Harwin & Co. charged us for a laundry machine they claimed to have fixed. However, instead of resolving the issue promptly, they consistently gave us the runaround for months. This resulted in us enduring an extended period of time with a malfunctioning laundry machine, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. Their lack of transparency and failure to fulfill their responsibilities were evident throughout the entire ordeal.

To add insult to injury, Harwin & Co. charged us for various random cleanings within the apartment, including carpet cleaning. It became apparent that these services were never even carried out before our OWN move-in. It is completely unacceptable for a company to charge for services that were not delivered or required in the first place. This deceptive practice further exemplifies their disregard for customer satisfaction and integrity.

Regrettably, the laundry machine issue and false charges are only a fraction of the problems we encountered with Harwin & Co. Their overall level of service was consistently subpar, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and efficiency. Considering the numerous reputable alternatives available, such as Koto Group, Sierra Property Management, and even Wolfe and Associates, I strongly urge potential renters to explore these options instead. Hell, it isnt even Harwin AND Co, it seems like it is litteraly just Harwins old hag self.

In conclusion, my experience with Harwin & Co. was an absolute nightmare, constant issue and charging us for services that were never provided. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction are deeply concerning. Spare yourself the headache, wasted time, and money by avoiding Harwin & Co. at all costs. There are far better companies out there that will provide superior service and genuine care for their clients.
