I own my own freight brokerage in North Carolina, and HaulPay is fantastic! Their rates are excellent, service is the same. Perhaps the best thing about HaulPay is that when starting a new brokerage, the most difficult thing is convincing carriers to work with you. HaulPay got me a credit score and days to pay listed on DAT in 7 months. Other factoring companies do not report directly to Ansonia, and take years to accumulate that. I now no longer have to fight with carriers or factoring companies to work with my company!

HaulPay is an excellent choice for brokers at all levels, from new to established. Their rates are unmatched in the industry, but their pricing structure can be a bit overwhelming at first. It takes some time to fully understand their unique approach, but once you do, you'll realize that their pricing is truly unbeatable for brokers.

As a new broker, HaulPay helped us build our credit and establish trust with carriers and other factoring companies. Thanks to their services (and some other strategies), our brokerage went from no credit to a 100 score at Ansonia and a 15 DTP rating.

Their offshore phone support could be improved by empowering the call center agents with better training and more authority to accomplish certain tasks. As it stands, these agents act more like an answering service, which we find very disappointing. That said, we've had much more success with the help of a few of their US-based team members via email and call-back. They are usually able resolve issues within a day or two. This responsiveness offsets the less than ideal phone support experience, for now.

The QuoteFactory integration and weekly networking events are a fantastic bonus, too! (Pro Tip for the weekly networking events: You'll get as much as you give. Ask questions, contribute. You'll be surprised how much you learn.)

If you're a new broker, I highly recommend giving HaulPay a try. Just be prepared for a bit of a learning curve to fully understand their pricing structure and, for now, when you have issues, I suggest trying to obtain help with their US-based team.

Inefficient and frustrating: 70% of the brokers they work with don't respond for days to them 😂😂.
The verification process is cumbersome and often results in short payments.
If you decide to work with them, be prepared to wait 48-72 hours to receive complete payment.
Would not recommend it.

I can only say great things about HaulPay so far. I have recently switched from Denim where personal attention, customer care and after sales service is non existent. The attention and service I have been provided by Dan de Varona & Justin Martin is top notch. Despite their platform being seamless and intuitive, if I ever had issues with raising a customers credit line or simply to look for advise as we scale and grow our small freight brokerage, both Dan and Justin has always made themselves available. If we need help mitigating any issue we may have, Dan & Justin has jumped in right away. I'm glad to have switched and have nothing but great things about them. Since I started with Haulpay it's been nothing but good I submit my bills and im paid out same day if not next day bills are processed quickly and if there's every any issues Jeff is my guy always gets everything straightened out haul pay highly recommended
