I trust what he tells me, knowing their aim is to help me accomplish what I want to do with my insurance, but also provide feedback where my knowledge falls short. They also have a lot of resources & available companies, so I know the market is being shopped thoroughly to insure the coverage I want, is cost effective and with a solid company that will handle my claim properly.
