Rudest over the phone associate. Called for information regarding a solar project for a homeowner and she hung up on my face without giving me her name.

One of the worst management companies. We pay one of the highest HOA fees in San Bernardino County. They nickel and dime us and we don't even have an assigned parking stall. Some owner have multiple vehicle's and some of them don't move. While visitors often take any left open stalls and the owners can't do anything about it. Very annoy for us older owners, not to mention dangerous if forces to park farther away. They do maintain the landscaping, trash, and outdoor electricity. However, our pool is very uninviting.

Just called 4/25/24 @ 10:13am pst, I used option 3 then 0 might be accounts receivable or maybe front desk, terrible service, called to ask a general question but unable to give it to me as a tenant which is fine, female individual thinks she works for the secret service, as I asked for her name and just dodged the question, asked it again and still nothing, said thank for calling and then just hung up on me. Your probably the reason people give these bad reviews, it starts with customer service in which you do not have.

I'm the original home owner and the HOA is horrible. They have had the same members of the board for over 10 plus years. I have repeatedly requested to become a board member and Dan has stated that they are not electing new board members at this time and my emails are never acknowledged. I pay my dues automatically and adheres to all rules. My community is a joke, they pick & choose who to send violation letters to when other neighbors are in violation of that same rule. A combination lock was installed at the kiddy park, however, myself & other neighbors were never notified of the combination in order to use the park with our babies. Lawns are not kept up, cars are park across the lawns, RV's are taking up parking access, trash cans are left out indefinitely, trees that were planted by the builders needs trimming & maintenance. Recently, HOA posted a meeting at the gate with the date, time, location; however it stated that the meeting was not open to the public. It took me back several years when HOA sent me a summons regarding my fence needing paint. I went to the location and there was about 15 other of my neighbors waiting for their names to be called and their violations addressed. Another situation, I found out about a HOA meeting, got off work early to attend and the HOA representatives were very rude, cold , unprofessional and stated I could not be a part of the meeting. A completely waste of my time. I need information on who governs this HOA; who can with contact & have a conversation regarding our concerns!

Horrible coordination of events, for which us, the owners have to pay. First I get a last minute email about tree trim work. Then the poster are put up in the morning that they will be working, when I parked last night there were no signs, this morning my car was towed because it was park in the area that they will be working on. How was I supposed to know that last night, and now I'm stock with a $300 bill from the towing place!
I must say that after I posted this review and emailed Haven Management, I received a call from Nadine who was very helpful and explained to me that they have not authorized for the vehicles to be towed. She made some calls and then call me back to let me know that I will received a refund for my towing expenses!

I know people who lived here, terrible place to stay, don’t come to any of these properties. Bessire & Casenhiser Inc or Lamplighter Ontario are in the area and are a lot nicer, with better,respectful and more inclusive staff.

Very unprofessional staff! They can’t even answer a simple question right “ air heads “ I guess. All their rules and regulations are very outdated forms are outdated. Im trying to get a simple understanding on how build a patio. They said just follow the forms which is nothing!
Poor communication if they have a property manager why can’t property tenants get hold on them in direct. haven management LLC Property management This is a sh show. What a way to welcome new tenants

This company has the worst customer service. I have been calling for 3 weeks on the same issue. I received one call from the owner Nadine, 2 weeks ago and she had NO idea that because we live I a condo and have no account with the city that bulky items need to be requested thru the HOA. The ONE time I was able to speak with her she said she would call me back the next day and 2 weeks later I’m still leaving messages with no return call. I have a two year old that I have to be sure doesn’t go too close to the water heater because I am afraid that she will get hurt if it falls or rolls on her. They have just been completely unprofessional.
