I didn't know Frederick, I was simply referred to him by the California Healthcare site and he was fantastic. Because of some changes and documents, I had to work with him for 6 weeks or so and he was professional, knowledgeable and always reliable. Frederick Menslage was referred by a good friend to help get started with Medicare.
He was so very helpful the first time that I called him. After that we set up a follow-up office meeting. He was thorough in presenting all the options for choosing which Medicare supplements that would compliment my needs.
We are planning a move to another state, but not sure when that will happen - before I start Medicare or after.
Frederick assured me that he will be there, any time to help with the transition - just give him a call.
I will most-definitely be referring him to others also.
