Jaden Romango really needs to work on her patient care & have a little compassion. Doesn’t take the time to figure anything out, this is the third time I’ve been rushed in and out in 10 minutes or less. Really rude & unprofessional!!!

I was told by the people at the counter the my bill was all covered by insurance and then they send me a bill 4 months later saying I didn’t pay and had a past due balance.

The receptionist are very rude and short with customers. I watched an elderly lady ask for help after being there before I was and they turned her down for being late. 🙁 if you don't have enough help or don't have the temperament to work with public then why have the job. The dentist assistant and dentist were very helpful and the complete opposite attitude as the receptionists. They deserve a 5 stars.

Have had a kidney infection for over 6 months. Saw 4 docs in Wyoming who said they didn't know what's going on or how to help me. Went to this doc (antibiotics are the only thing that has helped the infection so far and the only doctor who actually helped was in Utah). I am a nurse no one would listen that I thought it was an infected organ. I came here concerned that the antibiotic dose was too low (I know it's a typical dose but kidney infections can need higher doses). The only advice I got was eat better and labs I already knew. The GI specialist does not believe it is an impaction after the CT scan and the antibiotics helped the pain immensely. How hard is it to get simple antibiotics or treatment for an infection in wyoming? Extremely just go out of state for adequate care.

ever since the switch to health west this has become a garbage dump. the doctors aren't even real doctors and REFUSE to do their jobs here. They need to be fired and this location needs REAL doctors not teenage nurses with noserings.

I give this five-star to the nurse who took my blood and everyone . Thank you. We decided on antibiotics and they said they would call the next day they did not do it. Thank you I will be coming back . .12-3-20Took the meds prescribed . ...The prescribed pills were red and turquiose .The service was Great .:(I dont trust anything but what I know works for me. Doc.12-3-20Do not worry everything will be fine.Medicinal Anxiety -ocd Are very intense side affects that I always experience anytime I go to health care providers .ALSO THE SECOND APPOINTMENT WAS Also Great except On my way home I felt pain in my heart for the first time ever..SO THE RED PILLS CAUSE WHITE FOAM SPIT TO COME OUT OF MY MOUTH..IF TAKEN EXACTLY AS PRESCRIBED ITS BURNS FROM THE INSIDE OUT and Causes diarrhea .which is a symptom from the treatment. WHITE HARD STRINGS THAT ARE CLEARISH WHITE ARE ALSO SLOWLY COMING UP INTO NOSTRILS AND EASYLY REMOVED WITH TISSUE like usual but longer and thicker .those must be boogers right?Thank You all so much.I think I'm better now .Thank You I truely greatly appreciate the care I receive from the entire Bear Lake Community Health Center.Thank You.12-22-2020 dont worry we are in this together.
