Doug Richard, Branch Manager, has been a stress reliever for me helping with the change from Dane County to Heartland. His ability to make a number of switches for this Senior Citizen with amazing patience was remarkable. With his help (New checks, Credit Card, .Auto Deposits Auto Pays, etc) I hope to have all done and over before the October deadline. He is a credit to Heartland and a wonderful person to work with.

I moved to DeForest in the recent years and just got around to switching Credit Unions. I walked in and talked to Doug here, and ever since all I can say is my experience has been nothing other than 5⭐️!

They've been great to work with. I would say all around if you're shopping for a new Credit Union with friendly staff, great customer service, go no further than Heartland Credit Union!

Autumn at this DeForest location is amazing. She helped me set up an account fast and easy. So friendly! She was extremely helpful with all accounts I wanted to set up. The managers and other staff here are all very professional and welcoming. Service is very quick when your in a hurry, but they are also great to sit down and really work with you on any financial goals you may have. They are also good at helping get your savings in check, refinancing a mortgage, and set up a business plan with options for cash loans. All around excellent small town place to bank.

I put my 403b retirement check into my account was told I can't now I lost my retirement check now I can't pay my car insurance and my bills this weekend cause hartland took my check away from me to the point my axstey is high the don't care if about my health I talked to a nurse about my axstey and way it's happening when I had dane country credit union the where good when hartland took over it's been like he'll if I didn't owe them money I would go somewhere else thank you hartland
